You must click the return option for all diamonds. If you do not click the return option, you may not return the diamond.
Diamonds also have a return policy of 15 days. Rings have a a return option of 15 days.
Purchaser pays shipping to return the item. All jewelry and diamonds must be fully insured for the full amount of the purchase.
Returns must be by the United States Post Office. If you return a purchase, only state on the package “accessories.” Don’t state “diamonds or jewelry.”
Jewelry by Christopher (Christopher Cole) reserves the right to reject any returns for any reason.
Jewelry must be in unworn and new condition. All returns must be back in our office in 15 days of purchase.
